Back in 1997 the Houston oilers moved to Tennessee and changed their name to Tennessee oilers . after two seasons they decided to change their name again to Titans and that the name they use until this day. although all this confusion the team managed to create some good seasons and wins over the years and are a good competitor for the playoffs almost every year.
